Make Your Poster

Venue: 5th floor KITE

Rounds

Idea Generation and Sketching : Participants will receive a theme at the start of Round 1 and brainstorm ideas to sketch their poster concepts within 15 minutes. They will submit hand-drawn sketches for review to showcase their creativity and planning.
Digital Poster Design : Participants will transform their Round 1 sketches into digital posters using graphic design software within 60-90 minutes, following the given theme. The top 3 teams with the highest combined scores from both rounds will win, with bonus points for creativity.

Event Rules

Participation : Each participant must bring their own laptop with graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva installed.
Theme Adherence :All designs must follow the theme provided by the organizers at the start of Round 1. External resources are not allowed during the sketching phase.
Time Management: : Round 1 allows 15 minutes for sketching, while Round 2 offers 60-90 minutes for digital poster creation.
Originality : All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or using pre-made designs will lead to disqualification.
